Silly question but I need an answer :)...How can I use Bill pay here? I bank with BOA and it asks for a company name if I choose bill pay...
Login to your bank account (This is for BoA)
Go to Bill Pay>>Payees>>Add a Payee
You will see two options
1)Pay a company
2) Pay an Individual
Click the GO button next to Pay an Individual (without entering any information)
In the next page
You will see a small form
Payee- is the name- in whose favor the check will be made
Nickname is for your reference
In Identifying information- you can put your handle
Rest is obvious
Payee creation is one time setup
Once you have created a payee
Go to Bill Pay>>Overview
and here you will see an option to make a payment
Login to your bank account (This is for BoA)

3. The ride may be free but it has cost us $2200 per bus so any contribution to IV is appreciated.

1> On what basis you are processing the applications ? Receipt Date,Notice Date or Priority Date ? How can you justify approving 2006 cases
2> How many 485 applications are pending for India and China , year wise ? Why is it so difficult to publish ? why are we in dark and guessing things ?
3>What the customer service is for ? your 1-800 number information is so use less ...Why can not they even inform us about our Priority date or Name Check cleareance ? And the service tickets are next to useless

If she is not working, then help should be based only on humanitarian basis because we never know when one's financial situation changes. Glad to see there are people like me on this thread. I came to the US in FEB 1995 as an undergrad. I have an MS today and dropped out of the PHD program (2000) to find a job because of recessions. Survived 3 top-notch companies, recessions, despicable back-stabbing coworkers, unethical and unworkable environment, lay-offs, legal dept messing up my H1b application making me go on unpaid leave (~3wks) without health insurance, filing me under EB3 while applying EB2 for another coworker from a diff country with the same job title, etc etc....my rear end is pretty soar these days and I am beginning to question all this....

Yes, They always do that. I did fill that form for my Senator and congressman when they did inquiry for my application in the backlog center.
I sent faxes to my senators and congressman on 2nd july. But haven't heard back from them. When they'll reply they will send me the same form.
I wrote letters to Cornyn and Hutcison about the situation. They have asked me to fill the privacy form authorizing the senator to access my data. Did anyone do this?

I'm on H1 and my wife is on H4. We have both got our EADs and have visa stamps till Jun 2010.
Can my wife switch to the EAD status and start working even though I remain on H1 status till my visa expiry? Is this allowed?
If yes, then can she travel on AP while I'm still on H1 visa?
If we're both re-entering the US, can the IO ask why is the spouse on EAD/AP and not the primary applicant?

Also wanted to point out that the "dual intent" provision of the H1-B will be removed by this new CIR bill which will make matters worse for the people with I-485 pending as those applications can be rejected based on that.:(
