Yep thats true , as of now all this shouldnt stop one from filing 140/485 what ever it is , we are only trying to interpret to the best of our knowledge in current format. For ex. if you remember labor substitution bill was introduced in Last year 2006 and every one was eager and curious about it but it was only enacted in July 2007. Similarly i 100% believe they will give some time to switch and in case it would be good enough buffer. If you think u can file dont even think of rest , right what is law is what should it be.

It is not the right thing -- from your perspective, because you can't take advantage of it. From the USA point of view multinational executives can potentially create jobs and that's why they must be allowed
You may call it "loophole", based on your understanding of it. However the reality may be different and larger than what you see. So don't axe the branch you are sitting on!
You call the guy with Bsc/bcom and have the 4 programmers reporting to him is the multinational executive. As you might get benefit from it you can call whatever you want.

I was also under the impression that Bank need not ask for Immigration Docs as long as I have good credit history and PayStub to prove I can re-pay the loan, but they (GMAC) is asking for 3yr continuous VISA from the date of closing.
The Loan Processing officer dont have any clue on VISA / Immigration procedure.
please share ur experiences or advice on how to handle this situation
Getting a bank loan is only dependent on showing that you will be able to pay it back. NO IMMIGRATION STATUS documents are required as long as you have SSN card. If SSN card says "Only with INS Authroization", then bank may ask further questions but if you are clear, the loan will be cleared. There are no legal restrictions.

Managed to get a seat in 07-2007 bus
Still sleeping in the bus. Don't know when I reach the destination.
Even if life ends before the journey completes, the corpse will continue the travel until it gets the GC.

There is an I-131 LUD today from NSC and it says document mailed and that it will be delivered within 30 days.
My RD is 8/15, ND is 10/12. I guess the Processing Times (@ 9/30 as of Feb 15, 08) caught up.

Great news for EB2 folks.
If EB2-I moves to June 2006 then EB2 C will almost be in the same or better position. So June 2007 bulletin folks aka EB2-C (Jan 2006) will be the main beneficiary. EB2 I folks who are lucky with RD before the current processing dates (mid July) can expect surprise mails. Good luck

What is wrong with bonded to 1 job type ? You file AC21 but job type should be similar. You cannot become a company's Vice president if your labor was for Programmer, why are you picking on things ? The guy sitting next to my cubicle is here more than 7 years, he's waiting for his 140, he's stuck with my employer while he wants to move since he has a 3 years degree than a masters, He was considered a EB-3 I. Don't you think he wants to know how many decades it will take for his dates to get current ?
