    Wondering what the impact will be for 140 processing with the revised bulletin. Mine EB-2 has been pending in TSC for the last 5 months. It's my understanding we cannot use the AC-21 provisions like switching jobs without approved 140.

    If 140 processing goes up to a year that would be really bad for new applicants. Atleast they should resume Premium processing. Any thoughts?

    I am currently on H1B visa which will expire next year ie Nov2011. My employer just stated that due to economic conditions, they will not be able to file my GC.
    My husbands company has already started his GC process ( his labor n I140 is done)but my name isnt on his application yet. We are waiting for the date to become current n then my name can be added on is 485 application as his dependent. His PD is Aug 08.
    Basically I was interested in knowing abt future based employment GC. Has anyone done that before?
    Is anyone aware of companies who would be interested in doing it. I just need to buy like max 2-3 years ....just to keep my H1B extensions going. I like my current job so really want to avoid changing it unless there r no other options left basically.
    Pls suggest me options that I have to get H1B extension after Nov 2011 and continue working.
    Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi All,
    I just called USCIS using the POJ method to check on my I485 status which is current for June (EB2 India PD is 3/20/04).
    IO said a visa needs to be ordered for the file and it will be done in the next quarter i.e, July 08.She also said the file will not be assigned to the IO unless the visa is ordered??
    Does this mean that all the visas for EB2 have been used for this quarter? Also, not sure why the file wont be worked on until the visa is ordered...which contradicts the pre-adjudication theory.

    My lawyer said it was ok and we have applied for h4 extension for spouse. Its under regular processing at VSC so I won't know the outcome for a few months.

    Can i apply to full time program and if i am admitted, can i apply for change fo status to F1?

    Is this switch possible?

    I have both, but Cinema is seems easier. But 3d max as the ability to have better materials. Well who knows, I guess I should really start learning 3D, it's just that it's soooo hard.

    Desc: I have a listbox populated with 100x100 images... i want to drag it from here and drop in onto an InkCanvas where i have drawn something.

    Eg: I have drawn a house and i want to drop an image that describes the colour that must be filled. Hence the images wd be bold colour boxes that would indicate a colour.

    Today i read that their is a new law prohibiting the employers from filling multiple applications for the same employee.

    I have applied with 2 companies,as an employee , i have two different employers, who will file application for me.

    Is it against the current law or ?
    Pls help me asap , so that i can stop atleast one of the employer , if needed to file the application.

    Dear all,
    Myself and my husband both have approved I-797 for H1B from different US companies.
    I went for my stamping to US embassy and they asked for more evidence regarding the US company and my case is currently pending with them with all my documents ( passport, I797, marriage certificate, etc).
    Now my US company is not able to get a job letter for me.
    Meanwhile my husband is planning to go for his stamping. He has good evidence to support his case.
    My questions are -
    1.) How can I retrieve all my documents from US embassy without affecting my passport and my H1 case?
    2.) If I am able to retrieve all the documents safely, can I apply for H4 with my husband`s H1 stamping?
    3.) Will they create problem for issuing H4 to me because of my pending H1b case?
    4.) With H4 visa and I-797 approval notice, can I start working in US ?
    5.) What will be the best way out of this situation without affecting our working visas ?

    Please reply if you know anything.

    Hi,

    I got an LUD on my I140 on 07/28/07. There is no message change though. This I-140 was approved way back in Aug 2006. I have filed my I-485 etc on June 1st 07, and its in process. Does anyone know what doesn this LUD mean.
